THEFTS AND DISTURBANCES IN INGLEBY GREENHOW PARISH

Due to the significant spike in thefts and disturbances in Ingleby Greenhow and immediate areas, an event has been arranged at short notice with Sergeant Chris Ross and Officer Georgina Lodge

> on Saturday 20th July 10.00am - 2.00pm>

> at the Village Hall. Come along have a cup of tea, discuss concerns, receive security advice and information on neighborhood watch groups.

Officers will be there with the Dot-Peen a machine which is used to markup items which are attractive to burglars - such as tools, equipment, bikes, saddles etc.

So, bring them along, for items that cannot be easily transported an appointment can be made and the police will come to your property to offer a markup service.

Despite being late notice, we need as many residents as possible to attend, to show that as a community this is a big concern and action needs to be taken.

Any questions please contact Lyn Smith, Bernie Bowes, Sarah Pearson or Caroline Thornton - Thankyou
